Phoebe Ryan comes through with a brand new smashing hot and dope single travk entitled “A Thousand Ways“. Phoebe Ryan, a New Jersey native, began her career in 2015 as a songwriter. She has worked with Britney Spears, Bea Miller, Tegan & Sara, Melanie Martinez and more. She has toured with Tove Lo, The Knocks, and Charlie Puth; she’s also been the backing vocals for The Chainsmokers. All of that, however, was just a warm-up for Phoebe Ryan as she shows in her latest single A Thousand Ways, that she is meant to be a solo artist on her own stage. Inspired by artists such as Bob Dylan and Sufjan Stevens, Ryan’s latest single reflects sounds that are dark, gritty and as she said in a statement, “a song you’d hear through the windows of a pub late at night in a bad neighborhood.”
In the 1950s, hazy filtered video a pouty Ryan becomes more and more distressed. At first, she is calmly sipping sparkling wine, before smashing flowers, pillows, crying and holding her head in her hands. It’s a perfect match for the song. This release will be the first on Ryan’s since signing to the label Neon Gold & Playground Records as well as a build-up to her tour with Carly Rae Jepsen.
