It has been a rough year for Paris Jackson thus far. Reports previously indicated the eldest of Michael Jackson’s children was hospitalized following a suicide attempt. TMZ then followed up on sources stating that close friends and family of Paris were encouraging her to check into rehab due to a deteriorating mental health and substance abuse issues. Paris, however, refused to return to any rehab facilities. Accordingly, Jackson’s previous behaviors were believed to be linked to the Leaving Neverland documentary which subjected her family to an invasion of privacy and deep humiliation. The Jackson children were reported to be investigating the accusers, hence foreshadowing the possibility of a potential lawsuit.

Despite previous issues, the actress shared positive news on her Instagram today. Jackson went onto sharing a photo of herself and long-time boyfriend, Gabriel Glenn. The picture is tied to a heartfelt caption, stating: “you’re the light of my life. thank you for making me the happiest and luckiest girl in the world. happy anniversary baby ♥ï¸� can’t wait for another trip around the sun.” And as such, it is now nice to see the 21-year old in good spirits.
