Messy & the Gang comes through with a brand new smashing hot and dope studio album entitled “Me, Camilla & the Devil” with total of 4 amazing and solid tracks. Me, Camilla & The Devil “is the first EP for Messy & The Gang – an electronic project by Leonardo Ciceri – as a singer and producer, representing a turning point for the project that keeps the original rhythms presented in the artist’s previous releases, inspired by BreakBeat , Future Garage and Downtempo approaching structures and a more pop singing for the first time. The idea was born during the summer tour of 2018, during an evening of Last Floor Electronic, when the artist makes the acquaintance of Camilla, starting a relationship of friendship that over time will lead the two to talk about the topics covered in the album. The disc is composed of four tracks, two of which in collaboration with the Berliner artist HiHat-Therapy and is presented as a concept album to address issues such as depression and suicide, viewed from an esoteric point of view.
In fact the term “The Devil”, included in the title and in the homonymous song, is nothing but the personification of depression. This is the kind of song(s) you wouldn’t want to miss on your playlist.
