Quelly. “Proud to announce the launch of my new label #Badmind,” writes the young entrepreneur. “First single from my first artist drops tonight on all streaming platforms. Stay tuned for more.”

Since the tweet surfaced, Joey has made good on his word, dropping off Quelly’s debut look “Mo Betta,” which you can check out on streaming platforms here.
