Party Favor comes through with a brand new smashing hot and dope single track entitled “Wait A Minute” featuring A$AP Ferg and Juicy J on the record. Before he releases his debut album Layers at the end of the week, Party Favor has provided one last taste of the long-awaited project.

On Tuesday, the DJ/producer delivered “Wait a Minute,” a club-ready record assisted by ASAP Ferg and Juicy J. The song fuses Party Favor’s EDM sensibilities with a generous dose of hip-hop, similar to his recent release “Dreams” with KingJet.

Layers will span 11 tracks, and will include the previously released “Work It Out” featuring GTA and “Reach for Me” featuring Graves. Additional contributions come from Lil Baby, Rich the Kid, OG Maco, Project Pat, and more.

In celebration of the album’s release, Party Favor will host a launch event in downtown L.A. on Wednesday, followed by a performance at the Hollywood Palladium on Saturday.

To conclude the tracks from his upcoming debut album “Layers,” Party Favor has teamed up with hip-hop legends A$AP Ferg and Juicy J for “Wait a Minute,” his most party-ready track yet this year. Continuing the hip-hop influence we last heard on his recent release “Dreams” ft. KingJet from earlier this month, “Wait a Minute” is ripe with sinister, funky basslines and undulating synths that complement the positively nasty lines from Ferg and Juicy J. Each release from “Layers” has seen a different persona from Party Favor, from the cinematic vocals of “Reach for Me” ft. graves to the rage-ready vibe of “Wait a Minute,” signifying his constant evolution as an artist. With the full album dropping on April 26th, Party Favor is pulling out all the stops with two major upcoming events: album’s launch party in Downtown LA on the 24th, followed by what is sure to be an epic show at the Hollywood Palladium on the 27th for the debut of the “Layers Experience“. With one of the most diverse and accomplished resumes in the industry as a DJ, producer and boundary-pushing artist, Party Favor is a real force of nature. His music has helped the festival trap, and twerk scenes rise to sudden popularity in dance music, frequently blurring the boundaries between electronic, rap, reggae, and many other genres. In addition to multiple hit singles and a debut EP (feat. Gucci Mane, Rich the Kid, Dillon Francis) that reached #2 on iTunes Dance, #1 on US Dance Radio and #7 on Billboard’s Dance radio charts.
