Daddy Yankee and Katy Perry comes through with a brand new smashing hot and dope remix to the song emtitled “Con Calma” featuring Snow on the record. Collaborations between mainstream and Latin superstars are unstoppable. This time, Daddy Yankee and Katy Perry have joined forces to give Yankee’s hit “Con Calma” a new twist.

On Wednesday afternoon, Yankee posted a teaser of the remix on social media where you could clearly hear the line “hola, me llamo Katy” (hi, my name is Katy) at the very end of the clip. And on Friday morning (April 19), the big boss surprised his fans by releasing the full song on all streaming platforms. Daddy Yankee’s “Con Calma,” featuring Snow, peaked at No. 1 on the Latin Airplay chart dated March 16, giving Yankee his 11th leader and Snow his first. The track is a remake of Snow’s 1993 No. Daddy Yankee’s “Con Calma” is already one of the biggest hits of 2019 and now he’s enlisted the help of Katy Perry and Snow for an epic remix.

The original song dropped back in February and spent four consecutive weeks at No. 1 on Billboard’s “Latin Airplay” chart, as well as peaking at No. 1 on Spotify’s Global Top 50 charts. The music video is also currently the #1

The upbeat dancehall reggaeton track is a remake of 1992’s Hot 100 #1 single “Informer” by Canadian reggae musician by Snow, who features on the new remix alongside the “American Idol” judge.

Perry sings in both English and Spanish throughout the song while trading verses with Yankee and Snow, who together co-wrote the new version of the Latin smash hit. This is the kind of song(s) you wouldn’t want to miss on your playlist.
